Catherine Bleish Biography
Co-star/Co-Executive Producer of Sovereign Living
Catherine Bleish is a stay-at-farm mother of two young children and over 100 chickens in Southeast Austin. She is a vocal advocate for agorism, raising sovereign children, and sustainable living.
Catherine obtained her Masters Degree in Public Administration / Nonprofit Management and serves as a consultant to grassroots organizations in the areas of strategic planning, team development and independent research. Once considered a leading expert on DHS fusion centers and the growing police state, Catherine has redirected her energy toward the creation of competing institutions. She currently writes for the Freedom’s Pheonix E-Zine and blogs on www.sovereignliving.com.
Catherine Bleish is the founder and former executive director of the Liberty Restoration Project.
In 2010 Catherine was interviewed by CNN for the Anderson Cooper Show and featured in Jesse Ventura’s TruTV Show Conspiracy Theory. In 2011 her speech at an anti-TSA rally was covered on Fox News. Catherine has been a regular guest on the following nation-wide radio programs:

Her activism begin through the anti-war resistance under Bush and grew into a lifestyle through the 2008 Presidential Campaign of Dr. Ron Paul. In the spring of 2009 she re-directed her energy and began to focus her research and activism on fusion centers.
This was in response to the the Missouri Information Analysis Center profiled her and her others in her state as a potentially dangerous radical militia members based on their political ideologies and activities. The report has since been retracted and four legislative hearings were held on the issue.
In December of 2009 Catherine took off on a road trip traveling from state to state meeting with fusion center staff, conducting activists trainings, interviewing those adversely and positively affected by fusion centers, and working to gain a better understanding of these institutions in an effort to find a solution that defuses the tension between our law enforcement communities and the general public. The volunteer based initiative that she helped found is called Operation Defuse.
